RESOLUTION N0. 64-62
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COSTA MESA
INCLUDING WOODLAND NO. 1 ANNEXATION, WOODLAND NO. 2 ANNEXATION
AND MONTE VISTA NO. 3 ANNEXATION IN THE 1965-1966 TAX LEVY FOR
THE COSTA MESA STREET LIGHTING DISTRICT.
The City Council of the City of Costa Mesa does hereby resolve and determine J
that the hereinafter described lands, known anddesignated as WOODLAND NO. 1 ANNEX-
ATION, WOODLAND NO. 2 ANNEXATION and MONTE VISTA NO. 3 ANNEXATION, shall be included
in the tax levy for the fiscal year 1965-1966 for the Costa Mesa Street Lighting
District.
Said parcels are as set forth and described in Exhibit "A" attached hereto
and made a part hereof.
PASSED AND ADOPTED, this 6th day of July, 1964.

I, C. K. PRIEST, City Clerk of the City of Costa Mesa and ex -officio Clerk
of the City Council of the City of Costa Mesa, hereby certify that the above and
foregoing Resolution No. 64-62 was duly and regularly passed and adopted by the
City Council of the City of Costa Mesa at a regular meeting thereof held on the 6th
day of July, 1964.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and affixed the Seal of

"WOODLAND NO. 1 ANNEXATION"
Beginning at a point on the northeasterly line of 20th Street, 60 feet
in width, as shown on a map of Newport Heights, recorded in Book 4, page
82 of Miscellaneous Maps, records of Orange County, California, and the
existing boundary of the City of Costa Mesa, as described in the official
description of the original boundary line of the City of Costa Mesa in a
Resolution of the Board of Supervisors, Orange County, California, dated
June 25, 1953, filed and accepted by the Secretary of State, State of
California, June 29, 1953, said point being distant thereon South 500 East,
538.00 feet from the center line of Santa Ana Avenue; thence departing
from said existing boundary of the City of Costa Mesa, North 400 East,
300.15 feet to the northeasterly line of Lot 215 of Newport Heights, thence
South 500 East, along the northeasterly line of said Lot 215 and the north-
easterly line of Lot 216 of said Newport Heights, 276.00 feet; thence South
400 West, 300.15 feet to a point in the existing boundary of the City of
Costa Mesa as said boundary is described in the official description of
the original boundary line of the City of Costa Mesa in a Resolution of
the Board of Supervisors, Orange County, California, dated June 25, 1953,
Piled and accepted by the Secretary of State, State of California, June
29, 1953, said point also being on a line 30.00 feet northeasterly of,
and parallel with the center line of said 20th Street; thence North 500
West, along the last mentioned parallel line, 276.00 feet to the point of
beginning.

"WOODLAND NO. 2 ANNEXATION"
Beginning at a point in the existing boundary of the City of Costa Mesa,
California, as described in the Kaiser No. 1 Annexation to the City of Costa
Mesa, California, adopted November 16, 19619 by Ordinance No. 398, said point
being South 500 East, 20.00 feet from the most westerly corner of Lot 256
of Newport Heights, as shown on a map recorded in book 4, page 83 of Miscel-
laneous Maps, records of Orange County, California; thence along the existing
boundary of the City of Costa Mesa and the southwesterly line of said Lot
256, South 500 East, 283.00 feet, to an angle point in the existing boundary
of the City of Costa Mesa; thence departing from the existing boundary of
the City of Costa Mesa and continuing along the southwesterly line of said
Lot 256, South 500 East, 327.00 feet to the most southerly corner of said
Lot 256 and the northeasterly line of Tustin Avenue, 60.00 feet in width,
as shown on said map of Newport Heights; thence South 400 West along the
northeasterly line of Tustin Avenue and the prolongation thereof, 158.50
feet; thence North 500 West, 140.00 feet; thence South 400 West, 51.65 feet;
thence North 500 West, 60.00 feet; thence South 400 West, 150.00 feet to
the southwesterly line of Lot 246 of Newport Heights; thence North 500 West
along the southwesterly line of said Lot 246, 410.00 feet; thence North 400
East, 360.15 feet to the point of beginning.

"MONTE VISTA NO. 3 ANNEXATION"
Beginning at an angle point in the existing boundary of the City of
Costa Mesa, as said boundary is described in the Monte Vista Annexation
No. 1 to the City of Costa Mesa, California, Ordinance No. 62-19, adopted
May 20, 1962, said point being the most northerly corner of Lot 124,

Tract No. 300, as shown on a map thereof, recorded in Book 14, pages 11
and 12 of Miscellaneous Maps, records of Orange County, California; thence
South 500 11' 45" East along the northeasterly line of said Lot 124, 630.00
feet to a line 30.00 feet northwesterly of, measured at right angles, and
parallel with the southeasterly line of said Lot 124; thence South 390 48, 45"
West, along last mentioned parallel line, 157.50 feet, to an angle point in
the existing boundary of the City of Costa Mesa as said boundary is described
in the previously mentioned Monte Vista Annexation No. 1; thence North
500 11' 45" West, along said existing boundary 630.00 feet, to the north-
westerly line of said Lot 124; thence North 390 48, 45" East, along said
northwesterly line, 157.50 feet to the point of beginning.
