RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COSTA MESA,
CALIFORNIA, APPOINTING ENGINEER AND ATTORNEY IN CONNECTION
WITH HARBOR BOULEVARD IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT (ASSESSMENT
DISTRICT NO. 13): ESTABLISHING THE COMPENSATION FOR SAID
ENGINEER AND ATTORNEY.
The City
Council of

Mesa
does
hereby resolve
and
determine as
follows:
SECTION 1. D. Southworth, City Engineer of the City of Costa Mesa, is
hereby appointed Engineer of Work for Harbor Boulevard Improvement District
(Assessment District No. 13)•
The Compensation to be paid said Engineer is as follows:
A. For Construction, plans, specifications and cost estimate, assess-
ment diagram, rights of way maps, descriptions -- six (6%) per cent of the cost
of construction and acquisition.
B. For construction inspection and supervision, construction staking
and final cost preparation -- four (4%) per cent of the cost of construction and
acquisition.
C. For preparation of assessment, preparation of bonds and bond 11
registration -- three 0%) per cent of cost of construction and acquisition. J
SECTION 2. Donald Dungan, City Attorney of the City of Costa Mesa, is
hereby appointed as the attorney for Harbor Boulevard Improvement District (Assess-
ment District No. 13)•

The compensation to be paid said attorney for his services is as
For preparing petition, resolutions, resolution of intention, notices,
hearings, and all other documents and legal work in connection with said Assess-
ment District -- three (3%) per cent of cost of construction and acquisition.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 8th day of September, 1964.

City Council of the City of Costa Mesa, California, held on the 8th day of
September, 1964, the foregoing Resolution, being Resolution No. 64-86, was
considered section by section, and that said Resolution was then passed and
adopted as a whole by the following roll call vote, to wit:

NOES: Councilmen - None
ABSENT: Councilmen - Wilson
