A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COSTA MESA
INCLUDING PAULARINO N0. 6 ANNEXATION, WOODLAND NO. 3 ANNEX-
ATION AND BAKER N0. 6 ANNEXATION IN THE 1965-1966 TAX LEVY
FUR THE COSTA MESA STREET LIGHTING DISTRICT.
The City Council of the City of Costa Mesa does hereby resolve and determine
that the hereinafter described lands, known and designated as PAULARINO NO. 6
ANNEXATION, WOODLAND NO. 3 ANNEXATION and BAKER NO. 6 ANNEXATION, shall be included
in the tax levy for the fiscal year 1965-1966 for the Costa Mesa Street Lighting
District.
Said parcels are as set forth and described in Exhibit "A" attached hereto
and made a part hereof.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 15th day of September 1964.

the 15th day of September, 1964.

EXHIBIT "A"
"PAULARINO N0. 6 ANNEXATION"
Beginning at a point in the existing boundary of the City of Costa Mesa,
California, as described in the Paularino No. 1 Annexation to the City of
Costa Mesa, adopted January 11, 1960, by Ordinance No. 283, said point being
the Northwest corner of Lot No. 4, Berry Rancho, as shown on a map recorded
in book 9, page 7 of Miscellaneous Records of Los Angeles County, California;
thence South 825.00 feet along the westerly line of said Lot 4, Berry Rancho
and the existing boundary of the City of Costa Mesa to an Angle point therein;
thence West 528.00 feet along said existing boundary of the City of Costa Mesa
to the westerly line of Lot 1, Block D of Berry Tract, as shown on a map
recorded in book 9, page 74 of Miscellaneous Records of Los Angeles County,
California; thence along the westerly line of said Lot 1, Berry Tract, and the
existing boundary of the City of Costa Mesa, North 625.00 feet to an angle
point therein; thence departing from the existing boundary of the City of
Costa Mesa and continuing along the westerly line of said Lot 1, Berry Tract,
North 200.00 feet to the Northwest corner of said Lot 1, Berry Tract; thence
East 528.00 feet along the North line of said Lot 1, Berry Tract, to the point
of beginning.

"BAKER N0. 6 ANNEXATION"
Beginning at a point in the existing boundary of the City of Costa Mesa,
California, as described in the Bristol No. 1 Annexation to the City of
Costa Mesa, adopted October 22, 1956 by Ordinance No. 144, said point
being the intersection of the northerly line of Baker Street, 80 feet in
width, with a line 211.2 feet easterly of and parallel with the westerly
line of Lot 5, Block E, Berry Tract, as shown on a map recorded in book 9,
page 6, Miscellaneous Records of Los Angeles County, California; thence
departing Pram the existing boundary of the City of Costa Mesa, North 00 11' 45"
East along said line 211.2 feet easterly of and parallel with the westerly line
of said Lot 5, 372.5 feet; thence South 890 48' 15" East along a line parallel
with the North line of Baker Street, 211.2 feet to an angle point in the
existing boundary of the City of Costa Mesa as described in the Morales
Annexation to the City of Costa Mesa, California, adopted June 5, 1961, by
Ordinance No. 360; thence South 00 11' 45" West along the existing boundary of
the City of Costa Mesa as described in said Morales Annexation, 372.5 feet
to the North line of Baker Street; thence North 890 48' 15" West along the
existing boundary of the City of Costa Mesa and the North line of Baker Street
as described in the previously mentioned Bristol No. 1 Annexation, 211.2 feet
to the point of beginning.

"WOODLAND NO. 3 ANNEXATION"
Beginning at an angle point in the existing boundary of the City of Costa Mesa
as said boundary is described in the official description of the original boundary
of the City of Costa Mesa, California, in a Resolution of the Board of Supervisors,
Orange County, California, dated June 25, 1953, filed and accepted by the Secretary
of State, State of California, June 29, 1953, said point being the most southerly
corner of Lot 216, Newport Heights, as shown on a map thereof, recorded in Book 4,
page 83 of Miscellaneous Mops, Records of Orange County, California; thence North
50 degrees West along the southwest line of said Lot 216 and the existing boundary
of the City of Costa Mesa, 102.00 feet; thence departing from the existing boundary
of the City of Costa Mesa, North 40 degrees East 150.00 feet; thence South 50
degrees East, 102.00 feet to the southeast line of said Lot 216 and the existing
boundary of the City of Costa Mesa, as described in the Fairlane Annexation to
the City of Costa Mesa adopted November 24, 1958, by Ordinance No. 215; thence
South 40 degrees West along the southeast line of said Lot 216 and the existing
Lboundary of the City of Costa Mesa, 150.00 feet to the point of beginning.
