RESOLUTION N0. 64-110
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COSTA MESA,
CALIFORNIA, MODIFYING THE ASSESSMENT DIAGRAM AND ASSESSMENT
ROLL IN FAIRVIEW ROAD IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT.
WHEREAS, the assessment diagram and assessment roll in Fairview Road
Improvement District was filed with the City Clerk; and
WHEREAS, affidavits of posting, publication and mailing of notice of
hearing have been filed by the City Clerk; and
WHEREAS, subsequent to the filing of said assessment roll, it was determined
that certain parcels of land, as set forth in detail in Schedule of Modifications
hereto attached, should be modified as indicated therein; and
WHEREAS, this City Council is of the opinion that said modifications
should be made;
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Costa Mesa hereby finds,
determines, and orders as follows:
SECTION 1. That the Street Superintendent modify the said assessment roll
and diagram as set forth in a Schedule of Modifications, attached hereto 1
and made a part hereof; and ■
SECTION 2. The the Street Superintendent forthwith return the modified •/
assessment roll and diagram to this City Council for its further con-
sideration.

SCHEDULE OF MODIFICATIONS
1. Modify the assessment roll and diagram of those certain parcels of land
designated by assessment numbers as listed below, to read as follows:
ASSESSMENT NUMBERS 7 TO 28, INCLUSIVE - Modify the legal descriptions
thereof by adding the words: "BLOCK A'.
ASSESSMENT NO. 399 - Modify the legal description to read: "Ely 62 feet
of Fractional Lot 65, Tract No, 57, Miscellaneous Maps: Book 10,
Pelle 3"
to be assessed in the amount of $ 1,382.36
ASSESSMENT N0. 400 - Modify the legal description to read: "Wly 63 feet
of Fractional Lot 65, Tract No. 57, Miscellaneous Maps: Book 10,
Page 3"
to be assessed in the amount of $1,484.66
ASSESSMENT N0. 428 - modify the legal description by deleting the dimension
"Sly 18 feet" in Line 5, and substituting "Sly 20 feet."
ASSESSMENT N0. 429-B - Modify the legal description by deleting the
dimension "Sly 124.18 feet" in Line 4, and substituting the
dimension "Sly 136.18 feet."
ASSESSMENT N0. 465 - Modify the legal description to read: "Fractional
Lot 19, and the Wly 65 feet of Fractional Lot 20, Tract No. 57,
Miscellaneous Maps: Book 10, Page 3; except the Nly 208.25 feet
thereof";
to be assessed in the amount of $ 1,547.67
ASSESSMENT NO. 466 - Modify the legal description to read:
"Nly 208.25 feet of Fractional Lot 19, except the Nly 65 feet of
the Wly 80 feet thereof; together with the Nly 208.25 feet of the
Wly 65 feet of Fractional Lot 20; Tract No. 57, Miscellaneous Maps:
Book 10, Page 3";
to be assessed in the amount of $2,288.38
ASSESSMENT N0. 691 - Modify the legal description by deleting the dimension
"Sly 18 feet" in Line 3, and substituting the dimension "Sly 20 feet."
ASSESSMENT NO. 718 - Modify the legal description to read: "Wly 150 feet
of Lot 11, Berry Rancho, Miscellaneous Records: Book 9, Page 7,
Records of Los Angeles County, lying Ely of Fairview Road".
ASSESSMENT NO. 719 - Modify the legal description to read: "Wly 150 feet
of the Sly 380 feet of Lot 8, Berry Rancho, Miscellaneous Records:
Book 9, Page 7, Records of Los Angeles County, lying Ely of Fairview
Road".
ASSESSMENT NO. 720 - Modify the legal description and assessment to read
as follows:
"Assessment No. 720-A - Ely 504.41 feet of Nly 765.88 feet of that
portion of Griffith's Subdivision, Miscellaneous Maps: Book 4,
Page 26, bounded Nly by Baker Steet, and Ely by Fairview Road
(100 feet wide); except the Nly 160 feet of the Ely 150 feet
thereof; and except the Nly 110 feet of the Wly 100 feet of the
Ely 250 feet thereof";
to be assessed in the amount of $ 8,333.86

250 feet of that portion of Griffith's Subdivision, Miscellaneous
Maps: Book 4, Page 26, bounded Nly by Baker Street, and Ely by
Fairview Road (100 feet wide)";
to be assessed in the amount of $ 1,042.00
"Assessment No. 720-C - My 160 feet of Ely 150 feet of that
portion of Griffith's Subdivision, Miscellaneous Maps: Book 4,
Page 26, bounded Nly by Baker Street, and Ely by Fairview Road
(100 feet wide)";
to be assessed in the amount of $ 2,166.00

above and foregoing Resolution No. 64-110 was duly and regularly passed and
adopted by the City Council of the City of Costa Mesa at a regular meeting
thereof held on the 2nd day of November, 1964•
