HomeMy WebLinkAbout64-125 - Vacation Portion of Hamilton Street - Intent to Order355 RESOImom N0. 64-125 A RESOIDTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COSTA MESA DECLARING ITS INTENTION TO ORDER THE VACATION OF A PORTION OF HAMILTON STREET LYING SOUTHERLY OF AND ADJACENT TO LOT 109 OF TRACT NO. 653• The City Council of the City of Costa Mesa does hereby resolve as follows: � SECTION I. The City Council of the City of Costa Mesa does hereby declare its intention to vacate that certain right of way for street purposes described of as follows: The easterly 35 feet of that portion of Hamilton Street lying southerly of and adjacent to Lots 106 through 109, inclusive, of Tract No. 653, as shown on a map of said Tract recorded in Miscellaneous Maps Book 19, page 42, records of Orange County, California. SECTION 2. Monday, the 18th day of January, 1965, at the hour of 7:30 o'clock P.M., in the Council Chamber at the Costa Mesa City Hall, 695 West 19th Street, Costa Mesa, California, is hereby fixed as the time and place for hearing all persons interested in or objecting to the proposed vacation. SECTION 3• The City Manager of the City of Costa Mesa is hereby directed to cause notice of the said proposed vacation to be conspicuously posted along said strip of ]and for at least ten (10) days before the date of said hearing. Said notices shall be posted not more than three hundred (300) feet apart, but in no event shall less than three (3) notices be posted. SECTION 4. This Resolution shall be published once in the ORANGE COAST DAILY PILOT, a newspaper of general circulation printed in the City of Costa Mesa, County of Orange, State of California.
