HomeMy WebLinkAbout871 - Adopting Fence Standardsx-12 RESOLUTION NO. 871 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COSTA MESA APPROVING, RATIFYING AND ADOPTING FENCE STANDARDS FOR THE CITY OF COSTA MESA. WHEREAS, there has been presented to the City Council of the City of Costa Mesa certain proposed fence standards for the regulation of the placement and construction of fences in the City of Costa Mesa; and WHEREAS, this Council deems it to be in the best interest of the City that said fence standards, which are attached hereto and by this reference made a part of this resolution, be approved, ratified, and adopted; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Costa Mesa, that said fencing standards, entitled: "Standard Specifications, Residential Fences", which are attached hereto and by this reference made a part hereof, be, and the same are hereby approved, ratified, and adopted as the fence standards of the City of Costa Mesa.
