Our roofing contractor has finished his work in providing new roofing.
However, in order to get the work OK'd(signed of� by the City Inspector
for the City of Costa Mesa, per 1991 Uniform Building Code "UCB"
Section 1210,.....each condo is required to have smoke detectors in each
bedroom and in anv adioining hallwavs. Each hallway should already havc
a detector, but new ones need to be installed in the upstairs bedrooms. Tliis
means hvo new detectors in most of our units(if not all). Buck informs mc
that these can be bought for a minimal cost at Price-Costco, etc.
Buck and Cathy say the laspector has been very helpful and is able to
answer any questions in regard to this or any related matter. You can
