(ASSESErENT DISTRICT NO. 7) WHERP;AS, the City Council of the City of Costa Nesa did on the 4th day of May, 1059, adopt Resolution No. 586 declaring its intention to make ehanmes in the won, pronosed to be done in the improvement of Hest Victoria Street and cert- ain other streets, alleys and easements, to wit: A. WHITi AS, said Resolution T?o. 586 was published as reouired by law; and VnThl FAS, said Resolution No. 586 fixed the time and place for hearing of ob,ectio-,s to the pro, sed change for the lst dal of June, 1050; and ',PTFIAS, the time and place so fixed for hearing was held by the said City Council at which hearing all written protests or obiecti Dns were presented, read, and all Persons desiri.ne to be l-eard thereon were heard, and no person hav nm filed any smitten protests or ohsecti^ns, no person desiring to be heard, the City Coun- cil having_ e4 ven all persons present an opnortuti ty to be heard; NOW, MTEFORE, the City Cnunci1 of the City of Costa Mesa, California, does hereby resolve, determine, and order as follows: 1 J SECTTnN 1. That Resolutinn No. 586, adopted on the 4th day of ^iay, 1050, has been duly and regularly published as required by law. IT ITT"' 2. That no written nretests or objections to the proposed change have been filed with the Clerk of the Oity Oooncil. SECTTOIV 3. Tnat the public interest, convenience, and necessity require that the pronosed change be rade and ordered. SFCTInN �. That this City Council does hereby determine and order that the followinn chance be made in the work proposed to be done, to wit: A. That the Cit', Council has determined from the Engineer's est. irate that the aforesaid ehanae in the work prerosed to be done does not increase the esti ated cost by mere than ten per cent (10%); that the amount of the estimated decrease in the cost of the work by reason oc said chane- is 88, 326.15.
