The City 'reasilrer having heretofore established a special fund known as "Street Lighting Electric Current and Nainienance Fdz nd," therefore said City Treasurer shall place in said special fund all monies collected by the Tax Collector pursuant to the provisions of Section 7 of this Resolution, as anon as said monies have been transferred to him. Yfiereas the said conte --plated work and improvement, in the opinion of the City Council, is of'- re than local or ordinar7r public benefit, said by said work and improvement, and to be assessed to pay the cost and expense thereof, which said district is that portion of the City of Costa ":esa as shown on Diagram and plan No, 50-60 on file in the office of the City Clerk, on which rap the extent of said assessrent district is incicated, and the exterior boundaries thereof are described, by a colored bonndar,r line, and to whir', said map reference is hereby made for a co^plete and detailed description of said district, excepting fror said distr`ct any Port'^n of any rniblic street or alley which may he included therein. The imrroverrent contemplated b this Resolution of Sntent3on shall he done under the provisions of the "Street Lirhtine Act of 1010," being Part 1 of Divisinn 111 of the Streets and '-Eiehways Code of the State of California, as anended, and under the alternative procedure for installrent assessrents pro- vided for in Chanter A of the "Street Liehtinq Act of 1419."
