WHEREAS, the Cit7, Council of the Pity of Costa "esa, California, did, in a Resolution of sa`.d City Council adorted June 1, 1050, pursuant to the provisions of the "Street Lighting Act of 1010" of the State of California (Part 1 of Division l)t of the Streets and 'Tighways Code of the State of California) as amended, and part ieularly as contemplated under the provisions of Section 180111 of said law and under the alternative procedure for installment assessments prov'ded for in Chap- ter 8 of said "Street ',i_ghtinr Act of 1°1°," require the City Engineer of said City to ral�e and file with the Clerk of sa'd City Council a report in writing presenting certain -utters relating to a proposed lightine raintenance and service district in said City; and 1ATET.LAS, the Ci-tv Ingin,er, pursuant to the rennirerrents of said City Council expressed in said Resolution of June 1, 1050, d, -d file in the office of the Citq Clerl.
