Lots1050 RESOLUTION NO. 055 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COSTA MESA, CALIFORNIA, ESTABLISHING A TWO-HOUR PARKING LIMIT IN OFF- STREET PARKING LOTS. The Cit.; Council of the City of Costa Mesa does hereby resolve as follows: SECTION 1. There is hereby established for all off-street parking places owned and/or operated by and under the control of the Parking Commissioners and/or r.he City Council of the City of Costa Mesa, within the Costa Mesa Vehicle Parking District No. 1 and the Costa Mesa Vehicle Parking District No. 2, a parking limit of tido (2) hours between the hours a' 7:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. of any day except Sundays and holidays. SECTION 2. This Resolution shall be effective upon the posting of appropriate signs marking such parking lots Cor two-hour parking. SECTION 3. Any person violating any of the provisions of this Resolution shall be guiltfot' a misdemeanor and upon conviction shall be punished by a fine of not, more 'ban Fif''-y Dollars ($50.00) or by imprisonment in the County Jail for not more than five (5) days, or by both such fine and imprisonment.
