HomeMy WebLinkAbout715 - West Victoria Improvement District - Modification of Assessments1150 RESOLUTION NO. 715 RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COSTA MESA ORDERING CERTAIN MODIFICATION IN THE PROPOSED ASSESSMENT OF WEST VICTORIA STREET AND CERTAIN OTHER STREETS, ALLEYS AND EASEMENTS IN SAID CITY. (ASSESSMENT NO. 7) WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Costa Mesa, California, has duly held its hearing in the matter of the assessment for the grading, paving and other- wise improving West Victoria Street and certain other streets, alleys a-- in nin said City, as described in Resolution of Intention No. 556, adopted by the City Council on the 2nd day of February, 1959, and as modified by Resolution No. 612, passed and adopted by the City Council of said City on the 1st day of June, 1959; and WHEREAS, the said hearing was duly held wherein all interested persons were given full opportunity to show cause why said assessment should not be confirmed, and all objections presented having been heard and fully considered, and all objections, both written and oral, having been overruled and denied; and WHEREAS, the City Council finds that said modifications in said assessment are necessary; NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Costa Mesa does hereby order and instruct the City Engineer to modify the assessment and diagram as set forth in the "Schedule of Modifications" attached hereto, marked Exhibit "A", and by this reference made a part hereof.
