RESOLUTION NO. 750
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COSTA MESA
MESA, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING THE REPORT OF THE CITY
ENGINEER OF SAID CITY, MADE PURSUANT TO THE REQUIREMENTS
OF RESOLUTION NO. 740 DATED JUNE 6, 1960.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Costa Mesa, California,
did, in a Resolution of said City Council, adopted June 6, 19601 pursuant to
the provisions of the "Street Lighting Act of 1919" of the State of California
(Part 1 of Division 14 of the Streets and Highways Code of said State) as
amended, require the City Engineer to make and file with the Clerk of the
City Council a report in writing, presenting certain matters relating to a
proposed lighting maintenance and service district in said City; and
WHEREAS, said City Engineer, pursuant to the requirements of said
City Council, as expressed in said Resolution, did make and on the 20th day of
June, 1960, file in the office of the City Clerk (who is ex -officio Clerk of the
City Council) of said City, his report in writing responsive to the requirements
of said Resolution relating to the proposed lighting maintenance and service
district in said City referred to in said Resolution; and
WHEREAS, said City Clerk has presented the mid report to the
City Council of said City, and said Council has proceeded to carefully examine,
inspect and consider the said report and is satisfied with said report and
with each and all of the items therein set forth;
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL UP THE CITY OF COSTA MESA, CALI-
FORNIA, DOES HEREBY RESOLVE, DECLARE, DETERMINE AND ORDER AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That the report of the City Engineer of the City of
Costa Mesa, California, bearing date the 20th day of June, 1960, which said
report was prepared and filed pursuant to the requirements of the provisions
of said Resolution of June 61 19602 of the City Council of said City, and in
conformity with the provisions of the "Street Lighting Act of 1919" of the
State of California (Part 1 of Division 14 of the Streets and Highways Code
of the said State) as amended, and particularly as contemplated under the
provisions of Section 18041 of said law and under the alternative procedure
for installment assessments provided for in Chapter 8 of said "Street Lighting
Act of 1919," and which said report was filed in the office of the City Clerk
(who is ex -officio Clerk of the City Council) of the City of Costa Mesa, Cali-
fornia, on the 20th day of June, 1960, be and the same is hereby approved as
so prepared, presented and filed.

SECTION 2. That the City Clerk shall certify to the passage and
adoption of this Resolution, shall cause the original of the same to be entered
among the original Resolutions of the City Council of said City and shall make
a minute of the passage and adoption thereof in the records of the proceedings
of the City Council of said City in the minutes of the meeting at which the same
is passed and adopted.
