Phinney, City Clerk Post Office Box 1200 Costa Mesa, CA 92628-1200 RESOLUTION NO. 92-101 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COSTA MESA, CALIFORNIA, AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 91-68 WHICH DEDICATED LAND FOR PUBLIC USE FOR STREET, HIGHWAY, AND UTILITY PURPOSES FOR THE IMPROVEMENT OF VICTORIA STREET. WHEREAS, the City acquired several parcels of land for the purpose of widening Victoria Street; and WHEREAS, the City obtained fee simple title to most of said parcels which does not designate how the land is to be used; and WHEREAS, the City must dedicate the fee title parcels of land to public use for street, highway, and utility purposes; and WHEREAS, the City adopted Resolution No. 91-68 dedicating said land for public use for street, highway, and utility purposes for the improvement of Victoria Street; and WHEREAS, the parcel of land described in Exhibit "A", attached hereto and made a part hereof, has been separated from Victoria Street by the construction of a concrete block wall; NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Costa Mesa does hereby dedicate all parcels described in Exhibit "B", attached hereto and made a part hereof, to public use for street, highway, and utility purposes.
