A RESONI TION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COSTA MESA
APPROVING THE MAP OF TRACT NO. 2822 AMD ACCEFTTVG THE: STELE,TS
AND ALLEYS STrOZ',N THEYFON FOP PHRLTC USE FOR HTGHWAY PURPOSES
AND A7TPWRTZTNG THE CITY CLFRK TO SIGN SAID MAP AND WTHOR-

WHEREAS, it appears to be for the benefit and best interest of the City -__%
of Costa Mesa that the map of Tract No. 2882 be approved and that the streets and
alleys shown thereon be accepted for public use for highway purposes by the names
designated thereon;
NOW, TPE.P.}-FORE, RE TT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Costa
Mesa that the execution and recordation of said map be ratified, approved and con-
firmed and that the streets and alleys shown thereon be, and the same are hereby,
accepted for public use for highway purposes by the names designated thereon, on
condition of the receipt by the City Clerk of the City of Costa Mesa of the perform-
ance bonds for irprovements as established by the City Clerk, and that upon receipt
of said performance bonds by the said City Clerk, the City Clerk is hereby author-
ized to sign said map and the Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized to sign
the agreement for imTrovements.
