RESOLUTION NO. 347
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COSTA MESA AUTHOR-
IZING THE MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE A LEASE FOR A CORPORATION
YARD.
WHEREAS, there has been presented to the City Council of the City of
Costa Mesa a certain lease by and between the 32nd District Agricultural Associat-
ion and the said City of Costa Mesa, covering approximately one-quarter acre of
ground in the maintenance area of said Agricultural Association for use as a Corp-
oration Yard by the City, and effective May let, 1957; and
WHEREAS, this Council deems it to be in the best interest of the City
that said lease be entered into by the City of Costa Mesa, subject to the rentals,
terms and stipulations contained in said lease which is by reference made a part
of this Resolution and attached hereto;
NOW, THEREFORE, DE IT RESOLVED, that the said lease by and between the
32nd District Agricultural Association, as Lessor, and the City of Costa Mesa, as
Lessee, be, and the same is hereby, approved, ratified and confirmed, and the May-
or and City Clerk are hereby authorized to execute said lease on behalf of the City.
