RESOLUTION NO. 359
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COSTA MESA ACCEPTING
KNOX PLACE AS A PUBLIC STREET.
WHEREAS, there has heretofore been offered to the City of Costa Mesa for
public street purposes that carts n strip of land commonly known as Knox Place in
the City of Costa Mesa and more particularly described as:
Lot "A" of Tract No. 973 as recorded in Book 31, page 16
of Miscellaneous Maps and Records, Orange County, California,
and;
WHEREAS, this City Council deems it to be in the interest and to the
advantaPe of the City that the hereinabove mentioned Knox Place be accepted as a
public street in the City of Costa Mesa;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the said Knox Place, being Lot "A"
of Tract No. 973 as recorded in Book 31, page 16 of Miscellaneous Maps and Records,
County of Orange, be, and the same is hereby, accepted as a public street by the
City of Costa Mesa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 6th day of 1957.57/
