A RESOLUTION OF THP CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COSTA MESA
ACCEPTING AN EASD ENT FOR STORt4 DRAIN PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, there has been presented to the City Council of the City of
Costa Mesa a certain easement for storm drain purposes, dated January 24, 1957, from
FLORENCE E. RIMA, ]LEITH S. RIMA, HAROLD J. BORCHARDT, IRENE V. BORCHARDT, and A. E.
TIFFANY, to the CITY OF COSTA MESA, covering a certain strip of land particularly
described in said Easement, which is attached to and by reference made a part of
this Resolution; and
WHEREAS, this City Council deems it to be in the best interest of the
City that said Easement be accepted and placed on record;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the said Easement for storm drain
purposes from FLORENCE E. RIMA, KEITH S. RIMA, HAROLD J. BORCHARDT, IRENE V. BOR-
CHARDT and A. E. TIFFANY, dated January 24, 1957, be, and the same is hereby, app-
roved and accepted by the City Council of the City of Costa Mesa, and the City Clerk
1 hereby instructed to place the said Easement on record with the County Recorder
of the County of Orange.
EPASSED AND ADOPTED this 20th day of May, 1957.
