CIL TO GIVE NOTICE CF SAID HEARING. tZIFREAS, the City Council of the City of Costa Kesa, California, did in a Resolution of so d Ccuncil adopted February 1tth, 1057, pursuant to the provisions of the "Street Lighting Act of 1910" of the State of California (Part 1 of Division 14 of the Streets and Highways Code of the State of California) as amended, and partic- ularly as contemplated under the provisions of Section 18041 of said law and under the alternative procedure for installment assessments provided for in Chapter 8 of said "Street Lighting Act of 1919", require the City Engineer of said City to make and file with the Clerk of said Council a report in writing presenting certain matters relating to a proposed lighting maintenance and service district in said City; and L11EREAS, the Cit,,; Engineer, pursuant to the req':,irements of said City Council expressed in said Resolution of Febri..ary 4, 1057, file in the office of the City Clerk (who is ex-o£fici_e Clerk of the City Council) of said City, his report in vrriting res - erosive to the reouirements of the sad Resolution of February 4, 1057, and of said law relating, to the proposed lighting na5ntenance and service district in said City; and WHEREAS, the said City Council has proceeded to carefully examine, inspect and consider the said Report, and has afforded all persons interested an opportunity to be heard with reference thereto, and is satisfied with each and all of the various items thereof and the matters therein set forth; and L+T_EREAS, said City Council did in Resolution No. 376 approve said report on the 24th day of June, 10x7, in conformity with the previsions of said "Street Lighting Act of 1019"; and WHEREAS, after the approval of sa.a re:Tort, and in conformity with the pro- vissons of said "Street Lighting Act of 1919", said City Council did duly and regularly adopt its Resoll:tSon of Intention No. 377 entitled: "A Ri SOTi`TTC ., 3. That. Monday, the 29thda7i of July, 1957, at the heir of 7:30 o'clock p.m., in the Council Chamber of the City Council, in the Justice Cocrt Build- ing, at 567 blest 19th Street, in said City of Costa Mesa, be and the same is hereby appointed as the time and the Council Chamber in the Justice Court of said City of Costa Mesa, California, is hereby appointed as the place for hearing protests in reference to the said proposed improvement. SE'CTIOT! 2. That the City Clerk (who is ex -officio Clerl- of the City Council) is hereby authorized, des;gnated and directed to sive nctice of said hearing in time, form and Wanner as red, ired by law. S�CTTON 3. That the Costa Mesa Globe-Heaald, a tri -weekly newsparer of gen- sral circulation, p,follshed in the City of Costa Mesa, Cali"orria, and circulated generally within said City of Costa Mesa, California, is hereby designated as the newspaper in which sash n,tice shall be published. SECTION 4. That the City Clerk shall certify to the passage and adoption of this Resolution; shall enter the sane among the orieiral resolutions of the City Council of said City; and shall rape a minute of the records of the proceedings of the City Council of said City in the mimite.s of the meeting at which the same is passed and adopted.
