RESOLUTION N0. 404 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COSTA MESA APPORTIONING A PART OF THE AD VALOREM TAX TO THE CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT FUND. WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Costa Mesa, California, has adopted a budget for the fiscal year 19$7-1958, and has established the ad valorem tax rate at One Dollar ($1.00) per One Hundred Dollars ($100.00) of assessed value; and J WHEREAS, the City Council finds and dtermines that Thirty -Five Cents (35¢) of said One Dollar ($1.00) tax rate should be placed in the CAPITAL IMPROVE- MENT FUND to enable the City to carry out capital improvement projects; NOW, THEREFORE, The City Council of the City of Costa Mesa does hereby resolve as follows: SEVEN -TWENTIETHS (7/20) of all monies received by the City of Costa Mesa during the fiscal year 19$7-1958 from the ad valorem property tax, including unsecured personal property tax, shall be placed in the CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT FUND.
