RESOLUTION NO. 410
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COSTA MESA ACCEPTING
A DEED OF RIGHT OF WAY FOR THE OPENING OF A PORTION OF WESTMINSTER
AVENUE, BETWEEN 15TH STREET AND PALMER, IN THE CITY OF COSTA MESA.
WHEREAS, there has been presented to the City Council of the City of Costa
Mesa a certain deed of right of way for the opening of a portion of Westminster Ave-
nue, midway between 15th Street and Palmer; and
WHEREAS, this Council deems it to be in the best interest of the City
that said deed of right of way be accepted and placed on record;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that deed of right of way to the City of
Costa Mesa, dated August 20th, 1957, from NORA H. CLARK, also known as-NORA H. DODGE,
and HOME SAVINGS AND LOAN ASSOCIATION OF LOS ANGELES, covering the following described
pr operty:
The Northwesterly 20 feet of the Southeasterly 25 feet of the South-
westerly 137.58 feet of Lot 13, Newport Heights, as shown on a map
recorded in Book 4, page 83, Miscellaneous Maps, Records of Orange
County, California,
said deed being attached to and by reference made a part of this Resolution, be, and
the same is hereby, accepted by the City Council of the City of Costa Mesa; and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the City Clerk of said City be, and he is
hereby, directed to place said deed of right of way on record with the County Record-
er of the County of Oran;pe.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 16th day of September, 1957.
