A RESOLUTION OF THF CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COSTA MESA
APPROVING AN AGREEMENT BY AND BETWEEN THE COUNTY OF ORANGE
AND THE CITY OF COSTA MESA FOR TPF: ACQ'ISITION OF RIGHTS
OF WAY FOR THE RECONSTRUCTION OF HARBOR BO1 LEVARD WITHIN
THE CITY LIMITS.
WHEREAS, there has been presented to the City Council of the City of Costa
Mesa a certain agreement dated July 28th, 1958, by and between the COUNTY OF ORANGE
and the CITY OF -COSTA MESA for the acquisition by said COUNTY of rights of way for
the reconstruction of Harbor Boulevard within the corporate limits of the City; and
WHEREAS, this Council deems it to be in the best interest of the City that
said agreement be ratified, approved, and confirmed;
NOW, THEREFORE, EE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Costa Mesa
that that certainagreement by and between the COUNTY OF ORANGE and the CITY OF COSTA
MESA, dated July 28th, 1958, for the acquisition by said COUNTY of rights of way for
the reconstruction of Harbor Boulevard within the corporate limits of said City, be,
and the same is hereby, ratified, approved and confirmed; and
BE IT FTIRTHER RESOLVED, that the Mayor and City Clerk of the City of Costa
Mesa are hereby authorized to execute said agreement on behalf of the City.
PASSED AND ADOPTED, this 28th day of July, 1958.
