WHERbAS, the City Council of the City of Costa Mesa did, on the 2nd day of

WHFREAS, pursua t to said Ordinance of Intention the time and place for

at the City Nall, 695 West loth Street, Costa Mesa, California; and
I,ThIREAS, said Ordinance of Intention did further direct notices of the pro-
posed street vacation to be postec as rem ired by law, and said posting was done, all
pursuant to Sections 8300-8308 inclssive, of the Streets and Ni.ehways Code of the
State of California; and

appearing to object to the prnr^sed vacation of the hereinafter described right of way;

WHEREAS, the City Council of the Citi- of Costa Mesa finds, from all the evidence
submitted, that the hereinaftcr descr'bed portion of Colleee Avenne and Baker Street in
said City Is unnecessary for present or prospectnve street, p'rr-ses;
