HomeMy WebLinkAbout41 - Pearman Alley Designated One-Way43 RESJLUTIJN NO. 41 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY CJUNCIL OF THE CITY; OF COSTA MESA ESTABLISHING THE ALLEY KNOWN AS "PEARMPN ALLEY", LOCATED EAST OF NEW,13RT BOULEVARD, BETWEEN BROADWAY AND EAST 18TH STREET, AS A )NE -WAY ALLEY. WHEREAS, the preservation of public safety and the free flow of traffic through that certain alley known as "Pearmap Alley", lying easterly of Newport Boulevard and running between Broadway and East 18th Street in the City of Costa Mesa, require that said alley be restricted to one-way traffic; .�� NOW, THBREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that that portion of the aforesaid "Pearma�n Alley" between East 18th and Magnolia Streets 16 be designated as a one-way alley, and that traffic therein shall proceed only in a northerly direction. The Chief of Police of the City of Costa Mesa is hereby directed and authorized to place and maintain signs in said alley giving notice of the one-way designation thereof.
