WHEREAS, the prjperty, owners fronting on the hereinafter described proposed street to be known as "Plumer Street" be- tween Anaheim and Pomona Streets have expressed a desire to dedicate portions of their pr,nerty to the City of Costa Fiesa for a public street to be known as "Plumer Street", and WHEREAS, it is deemed by the City Council of the City of Costa Mesa that it is for the best interest and advantage of said City that said proposed Plumer Street be opened and accepted as a public street; IT IS HEHEEY HESJLVED that upon the completion of the hereinafter following conditions, and subject to the express conditions hereinafter set forth, the City of Costa Mesa hereby declares its intention of accepting Plumer Street between Ana- heim and Pomona Streets as a public street: (1) Upon receipt by the City of Costa Mesa of Deeds of Right of Way for the following described property, to -wit: A strip of land sixty (60) feet in width and being the South thirty (30) feet of Lots 401 and 501 and the North thirty (30) feet of Lots 402 and 502 of Newport Mesa Tract, as shown on a Lap thereof recorded in Book 5, Page 1, Miscellaneous Maps, Records of Jrange County, California. The intersection of the side lines of the above described strip of land (sixty feet in width) with the Bast line of Pomona Avenue and the hest line of Anaheim Avenue, as shown on said blap of Newport Mesa Tract, shall be rounded with a curve having a radius of 13.00 feet. (2) Upon the installation of curbs and gutters as spec- ified by the City Engineer of the City of Costa Mesa. (3) Upon the oiling of the surface of said proposed Plumer Street by the County of Orange, said roadway to be 40 feet in width. (4) Upon the express condition that the acceptance of said street by the City of Costa M1..esa be without any obligation on the part of the City to further improve said street and that all additional improvements of said street, specifically the paving of said street, sha11 be made and paid for by the prop- erty owners fronting aaid street.
