RESOLUTION N0. 62-A
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COSTA MESA APPROVING
THE MAP OF TRACT NO. 1865 AND ACCEPTING THE STREETS AND ALLEYS SHOWN
THEREON FOR PUBLIC USE FOR HIGHWAY PURPOSES AND AUTHORIZING THE CITY
CLERK TO SIGN SAID MAP AND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO
SIGN THE AGREEMENT.
WHEREAS, it appears to be for the benefit and best interests of the City
of Costa Mesa that the map of Tract No. 1865 be approved and that the streets and
alleys shown thereon be accepted for public use for highway purposes by the names
designated thereon;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Costa
Mesa that the execution and recordation of said map be ratified, approved and
confirmed and that the streets and alleys shown thereon be, and the same are hereby,
accepted for public use for highway purposes by the names designated thereon, on
condition of the receipt by the City Clark of the City of Costa Mesa of the per-
formance bonds for improvements as established by the City Clark, and that upon
rece'pt of said performance bonds by the said City Clerk the City Clark is hereby
authorized to sign said map and the Mayor and City Clark are hereby autharized to
the ity of Costa Mesa
