A FP- SOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COSTA MESA APFFOVING
THE MAP OF TFACT NO. 2341 AND ACCEPTING THE STFEETS AND ALLEYS SHOWN

SIGN THE AGFEEMENT.
WHEREAS, it appears to be for the best interests of the City of Costa
Mesa that the Map of Tract No. 2341 be approved and that the streets and alleys
shown thereon be accepted for public use for highway purposes by the names
designated thereon;
NOW, THEIEFOIE, AE IT ILSOLVhl by the City Corncil of the City of Costa
Mesa that the execc.ti on and recordation of said map be ratified, approved and
confirmed ane that the streets and alleys shown thereon be, and the same are here-
by, accepted for peblic use for highway purposes by the names designated thereon,
on condition of the receipt by the City Clerk of the City of Costa Mesa of the
performance bonds for improvements as established by the City Clerk, and that
upon receipt of said performance bonds by the said City Clerk the City Clerk is
hereby- authorizedto sign said map and the Mayor and City Clerk are authorized
to sign the agreement for improvements.
