WHEFhAS, it appears to be for the best interests of the City of Costa
Me,a that the mar of Tract No. 2348 be approved and that the streets and alleys
shown thereon be acceptedfor public use for highway purposes by the names des-
ignated thereong
condi.t!on of the receipt by the City Clerk of the City of Costa Mesa of the per-
forrance bonds for improvements as established by the rite Clerk, and that upon
receipt of sa`_d performance bonds by the said City Clerk„ the City Clerk is here-
by authorized to sign said map and the Mayor and City Clerk are authorized to sign
the agreement f,r improvements.
