Mesa that the mar: of Tract No. 2671 be approved and that the streets and alleys
shown thereon be accected for public use fox highway purposes by the names des -
ionated thereon;

Mesa that the execution and recordation of said man he ratified, approved, and
confirmed and that the streets and alleys shown thereon be, and the sane are here-
by, accented for public use for highway purposes by the names designated thereon,
on condit4on of the receipt by the City Clerk of the Citv or Costa Mesa of the
performance bonds for improverents as estatli-shed by the City Clerk, and that
upon recei_nt of said perforrance bonds by the said C;ty Clerk, the City Clerk
is hereby authorized to sign said map and the Ma}or and City Clerk are author-
ized to sign the agree -gent for improvements.
