California, has submitted to this Council a proposed Fesolutien of Intention
for the constmction of sanitary sewers and app,,:rtenant work in Annexation No.
27 to said Sanitary Iistrict, all in accordance with the plans and nrofi.les and
nap of the assessment district referrer to in the resolution of intention pro-
posed to be adopted b.said Hoard for said inrrovement; and
