RESOLUTION NO. 90-11
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF COSTA MESA, CALIFORNIA, SETTING THE SALARIES
OF THE TRANSPORTATION C"'IISSIONERS.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COSTA MESA DOES HERESY RESOLVE AS
FOLLOWS:
WHEREAS, the growth of our City through development and increase in
population has put a greater burden of work on the Transportation Canmis-
sion; and
WHEREAS, the conscientious application of each Cammissioner towards
his job has in some cases caused Commissioners to take valuable time from
their businesses and families for the purpose of serving the City of
Costa Mesa; and
WHEREAS, it is the desire of the City Council to express its appre-
ciation for the devotion of each Ccmissioner to the safety and moverent
of persons and goods throughout the City;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the compensation to be paid to
each Ccmmissioner shall be $300.00 per month;
BE IT FINALLY RESOLVED that the aforementioned pay rate is effective
February 13, 1990.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 5th day of February, 4990.
