HomeMy WebLinkAbout90-28 - Permit Application for National Pollutant Discharge Elimination Systems (NPDES)RESOLUTION NO. 90-28 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COSTA MESA, CALIFORNIA, AUTHORIZING THE DIRECTOR OF PUBLIC SERVICES TO APPLY FOR A PERMIT PERTAINING TO THE NATIONAL POLLUTANT DISCHARGE ELDIINATION SYSTEM (NPDES). WHEREAS, the Regional Water Quality Control Board is authorized to issue permits pertaining to the National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (NPDES); and WHEREAS, it is necessary and desirable that the City of Costa Mesa apply for and secure such a permit; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Director of Public Services is hereby authorized to sign an application for a permit pertaining to NPDES from the Regional Water Quality Control Board.
