RESOLUTION NO. 90-38
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
COSTA MESA, CALIFORNIA, AUTHORIZING THE SALE OF
SURPLUS PROPERTY BEHIND 1970 CHURCH STREET.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COSTA MESA DOES HEREBY RESOLVE AS
FOLLOWS:
THAT, WHEREAS, legal authority exists for a municipal corporation to
sell surplus land and improvements for the common benefit per Governnent
Code Sections 37350 and 37351; and
WHEREAS, the subject land, as more particularly described in Exhibit
"A", attached hereto and by this specific reference made a part hereof, is
found to be surplus real property and this method of sale and disposition
is for the common benefit; and
WHEREAS, the City has negotiated the sale and disposition of said land
to a qualified buyer pursuant to Resolution No. 90-26;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City does hereby authorize the
sale of the real property, described in Exhibit "A" attached hereto, to Mr.
Hersel Mangoli and Mr. Domenic Cacio for the sums of $6,700.00; and author-
izes the Mayor and City Clerk to execute the Agreements of Sale and Grant
Deed for such sale.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 7th day of May, 1990.

That portion of Lot 201, of Newport Heights, as shown on a map
thereof recorded. in Book 4, page 83, Miscellaneous Maps, records
of Orange County, California, bounded as follows:
Northerly by a line parallel and distant Southeasterly 497.50
feet from the centerline of Newport Avenue, as shown on said map;
Southeasterly by the Northwesterly line of the land described in
that certain deed recorded December 12, 1927 in Book 113, page
390 of Official Records of said Orange County;
Southwesterly by the Northwesterly prolongation of the
Southwesterly line of the land described in said deed, and
Northeasterly by the Northwesterly prolongation of the
Northeasterly line of the land described in said deed.
Property is commonly known and designated as:
Orange County Assessor Parcel No. 426-264-07.
