HomeMy WebLinkAbout90-46 - Amending Sign Variance Fee ScheduleRESOLUTION NO. 90-46 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY C(JNCIL OF THE CITY OF COSTA, CALIFORNIA, AMENDING THE PLANNING DIVISION PROCESSING FEE SCHEDULE REGARDING MINOR SIGN VARIANCES. WHEREAS, Government Code Section 54990 enables cities to charge fees for planning related services, provided that the fees do not exceed, the reason- able cost of providing those services; and WHEREAS, the Planning Division Processing Fee Schedule adopted by City Council Resolution 89-132 identifies Minor Sign Variances with a fee of $190.00; and WHEREAS, an amendment to title 5 and Title 13 of the Costa Mesa Munici- pal Code adopted by the City Council on May 21, 1990, changes the name of Miner Sign Variance to Administrative Adjustlient, but with the same paoc:e- lures and fee; NOW, THI:RE_,FORF, be it resolved by the City Council of the City of Costa Mesa to adopt the attached Planning Division Processing Fee Schedule which: reflects the charge in name from minor Sign variance to Atiministiati.ve Adjustment. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this resolution small becctue effective on June 20, 1990. PASSED AND ADOPTED this 4th day of June, 1990.
