RESOLUTION N0. 66-55 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COSTA MESA, CALIFORNIA, ESTABLISHING THE MINIMUM AND MAXIMUM RATES OF PAY FOR CITY EMPLOYEES UNDER THE BASIC SALARY SCBM LE AND ESTABLISHING THE SALARIES OF EMPLOYEES NOT PLACED ON THE BASIC SALARY SCHEDULE. The City Council of the City of Costa Mesa does hereby resolve, determine and order as follows: SECTION 1. The following employees are hereby placed outside the basic salary schedule of minimums and maximums, at the following monthly salaries; the salaries established in this section shall become effective as of July 3, 1966: TITLE RATE City Manager $1,750.00 Assistant City Manager $1,150.00-1,500.00 SECTION 2.
