RESOLUTION N0. 68-28
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COSTA MESA
PROHIBITING PARKING AT ALL TIMES ON THE SOUTH SIDE OF ADAMS
AVENUE BETWEEN MESA VERDE DRIVE FAST AND HARBOR BOULEVARD.
WHEREAS, the Traffic Commission of the City of Costa Mesa has recommended
to this City Council that parking be prohibited at all times on the south side
of Adams Avenue between Mesa Verde Drive East and Harbor Boulevard; and
WHEREAS, Section 3410.3 (d) of the Municipal Code of the City of Costa
Mesa provides for the designation of no-pari:ing areas by resolution of the City
Council; and
WHEREAS, this Council deems it to be in the best interest of the City that
said parking restriction be established;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Costa
Mesa that parking be, and the same is hereby prohibited at all times on the
south side of Adams Avenue between Mesa Verde Drive East and Harbor Boulevard.
PASSED AIM ADOPTED this 1st day of April, 1968.
