HomeMy WebLinkAbout69-01 - Establishing Loading Zone at 730 W. 19th Street'a% RESOLUTION N0. 69-1 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COSTA MESA ESTABLISHING A LOADING ZONE AT 730 WEST 19th STREET IN THE CITY OF COSTA MESA WHEREAS, Parking on West 19th Street between Newport Boulevard and Placentia Avenue has heretofore been prohibited at all times and WHEREAS, it has been found and determined that a hardship exists at 730 West 19th Street, where enforcement of the parking prohibition would hamper the normal and necessary operation of the business at that address; and WHEREAS, the City Traffic Engineer has recommended the establishment of a loading zone at 730 West 19th Street to alleviate this hardship; and WHEREAS, this Council deems it to be in the best interest of the City that the parking prohibition be modified as recommended; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Costa Mesa, that the establishment of a loading zone at 730 West 19th Street, between 9:00 A.M. and 3:00 P.M., excepting Sundays, is hereby approved and authorized.
