RESOLUTION NO. 69-23
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COSTA MESA
ADOPTING THE FIRST ELEMENT OF THE FOURTH PHASE OF THE
COSTA MESA COMPREHENSIVE LONG RANGE GENERAL PLAN, BEING A
MASTER PLAN OF BICYCLE WAYSLOCATED IN THE MESA VERDE AREA.
WHEREAS, there has been presented to the City Council of the City of
Costa Mesa the First Element of the Fourth Phase of the Costs Mesa
Comprehensive long Range General Plan, being the plan for bicycle ways
in the Mesa Verde area of the City; and
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission of the City of Costa Mesa has
adopted said plan by Resolution No. R-1-68 of said Commission, passed
and adopted on the 10th day of February, 1968, a certified copy of said
Resolution being attached hereto and by this reference made a part
hereof; and
WHEREAS, this City Council has considered said Plan and public hearing
has been had and duly conducted by the Planning Commission and the City
Council in accordance with law; and
WHEREAS, this City Council deems it to be in the best interest of the
City that said plan be approved, ratified and adopted.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City of Costa Mesa, that said
First Element of the Fourth Phase of the Costa Mesa Comprehensive Long Range
General Plan, being a plan for Bicycle Ways in the Mesa Verde area, as shown
on a map attached to and by this reference made a part of this resolution, be,
and the same is hereby approved, ratified and adopted by the City Council of the
City of Costa Mesa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED, this 3rd day of March, 1969.

A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF COSTA MESA PLANNING COMMISSION
ADOPTING THE FIRST ELEMENT OF THE FOURTH PHASE OF THE COSTA
MESA COMPREHENSIVE LONG RANGE GENERAL PLAN (MASTER PLAN OF
BICYCLE WAYS) TO BE LOCATED IN THE MESA VERDE AREA AS PER
MAP ATTACHED TO AND MADE A PART OF THIS RESOLUTION.
WHEREAS, there has been presented to the Planning Commission of the
City of Costa Mesa, The First Element of the Fourth Phase of the Costa Mesa
Comprehensive Long Range General Plan (Master Plan of Bicycle Ways) to be
located in the Mesa Verde area as per map attached to and made a part of this
Resolution.
WHEREAS, the Costa Mesa Planning Commission has studied and approved
said plan; and
WHEREAS, a Public Hearing has been duly held in accordance with Section
65465, Subsections A to F, of the California Government Code, and this Planning
Commission deems it in the best interest of the City that the First Element of
The Fourth Phase of the Costa Mesa Comprehensive Long Range General Plan (Master
Plan of Bicycle Ways) to be located in the Mesa Verde area as per map attached to
and made a part of this Resolution, be adopted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the First Element of The Fourth
Phase of The Costa Mesa comprehensive long range general plan (Master Plan of
Bicycle Ways) to be located in the Mesa Verde area as per map attached to and
made a part of this Resolution, be and the same is hereby approved and adopted
by the Planning Commission of the City of Costa Mesa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED THIS 10th day of February , 1969.

I HEREBY CERTIFY THAT THE FIRST ELEMENT OF THE FOURTH PHASE OF THE

Commission in accordance with the California State Conservation and Planning Act
