HomeMy WebLinkAbout69-70 - Pay Rates for City Employees - Establishing`tjj RESOLUTION NO. 69-70 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COSTA MESA, CALIFORNIA, ESTABLISHING RATES OF PAY FOR CITY EMPLOYEES UNDER THE BASIC PAY SCHEDULE AND ESTABLISHING RATES OF PAY FOR CITY EMPLOYEES NOT PLACED UNDER THE BASIC PAY SCHEDULE. WHEREAS, effective June 29, 1969, the City Council of the City of Costa Mesa adopted a Classification Plan and a Salary Plan for certain employees of the City of Costa Mesa, and established assignments of pay ranges to classes; and WHEREAS, classifications and rates of pay existing for certain other employees of the City of Costa Mesa were not considered or revised as a part of the above action of the City Council; and WHEREAS, in the interest of clarity it is deemed advisable that rates of pay for all City employees be currently specified within a single document; NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Costa Mesa does hereby resolve, determine and order as follows: SECTION 1. Classifications listed in Exhibit "A", attached and made a part hereof, are hereby placed under the Basic Pay Schedule at the rates of pay as specified in said Exhibit "A". SECTION 2.
