HomeMy WebLinkAbout70-27 - Parking Restriction at 1914 Newport Boulevard") f RESOLUTION NO. 70-27 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COSTA MESA, CALIFORNIA, ESTABLISHING A ONE-HOUR PARKING RESTRICTION AT 1914 NEWPORT BOULEVARD. WHEREAS, the Traffic Commission of the City of Costa Mesa has recommended to this City Council that no vehicle shall be permitted to stand or park for more than one hour at 1914 Newport Boulevard; and WHEREAS, this Council deems it to be in the best interest of the City that the said proposed parking restriction be established and enforced; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COSTA MESA, that pursuant to the provisions of Section 3411.1 of the Municipal Code of the City of Costa Mesa, no vehicle shall stand or park for more than one hour between 6:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. on any day, except Sundays and holidays at 1914 Newport Boulevard.
