RESOLUTION NO. 70-70 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COSTA MESA, CALIFORNIA ESTABLISHING THE BASIC PAY SCHEDULE, ESTABLISHING RATES OF PAY FOR CITY EMPLOYEES PLACED UNDER THE BASIC PAY SCHEDULE, AND ESTABLISHING RATES OF PAY FOR CITY EMPLOYEES NOT PLACED UNDER THE BASIC PAY SCHEDULE. The City Council of the City of Costa Mesa does hereby resolve, determine and order as follows: SECTION 1.
