HomeMy WebLinkAbout71-15 - Roy F. Claypool, on his RetirementRESOLUTION NO. 71-15 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COSTA MESA, CALIFORNIA, EXPRESSING RECOGNITION TO ROY F. CLAYPOOL ON HIS RETIREMENT FROM THE CITY OF COSTA MESA. WHEREAS, this City Council regrets his loss as a highly valued member of the City maintenance staff, but wishes him the fullest enjoyment of the years of retirement to come. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Costa Mesa that Roy F. Claypool be, and is hereby, formally and publicly commended for his faithful and dedicated public service; and BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this City Council extends to him its best wishes for many happy years of well-earned retirement; and BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk of the City of Costa Mesa is hereby directed to transmit to him a certified copy of this Resolution; and BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk of the City of Costa Mesa is hereby directed to enter this Resolution in the permanent records of the �!r City of Costa Mesa.
