HomeMy WebLinkAbout71-30 - Declaring Sunflower No. 4 Annexed to City24'7 RESOLUTION NO. 71-30 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COSTA MESA, DECLARING CERTAIN PROPERTY ANNEXED TO SAID CITY, DECLARING ANY ACTION WITH RESPECT TO PROTESTS, IF ANY, AND APPROVING SAID ANNEXATION. THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COSTA MESA does hereby resolve as follows: THAT WHEREAS, this matter, having come on regularly for hearing before the City Council of the City of Costa Mesa on the 19th day of April, 1971, at the appointed hour and place; and WHEREAS, the Mayor having called the matter and conducted a public hearing; and WHEREAS, no protests having been lodged against said annexation, or protests, if any there be, are hereby overruled; and WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Costa Mesa finds the territory to be annexed proper in form and that no changes in the boundaries are necessary; NOW, THEREFORE, be it resolved that the property described as Sunflower Annexation No. 4, the legal description of which is attached as an exhibit to the Resolution of Intention heretofore adopted by this Council, is hereby declared to be annexed to the City of Costa Mesa. PASSED AND ADOPTED this 19th day of April, 1971.
