HomeMy WebLinkAbout71-64 - Adopting Plans, Tustin-Raymond Ave - Improvement District 20RESOLUTION NO. 71-64 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COSTA MESA, CALIFORNIA, ADOPTING PLANS, DRAWINGS, SPECIFICATIONS OF ASSESSMENT DISTRICT NO. 20 IN THE MATTER OF AN ALLEY BETWEEN MAGNOLIA STREET AND BROADWAY FROM TUSTIN AVENUE TO RAYMOND AVENUE. WHEREAS, pursuant to direction by this City Council, the City Engineer has prepared plans, drawings, specifications and map of Assessment District No. 20; NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Costa Mesa, California, does hereby resolve as follows: SECTION 1. That the plans and drawings for Assessment District No. 20 consisting of 2 sheets, the specifications of the improvement in Assessment District No. 20, be and the same are hereby approved and adopted as amended authorizing a City contribution of 10 percent of the total cost. SECTION 2. That said plans, drawings, specifications and map be filed in the Office of the City Engineer and copies thereof filed in the Office of the City Clerk of said City.
