RESOLUTION NO. 71-69
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COSTA MESA,
CALIFORNIA, PROHIBITING PARKING ON A PORTION OF VICTORIA
STREET.
WHEREAS, the Traffic Commission of the City of Costa Mesa has
recommended to this City Council that parking be prohibited at all times
on the northerly curb of Victoria Street for a distance of 50 feet, plus
or minus, measuring in a westerly direction from the west curb of Cherie
Street; and
WHEREAS, Section 3410.3 (d) of the Municipal Code of the City of
Costa Mesa provides for the designation of no -parking areas by resolution
by the City Council; and
WHEREAS, this Council deems it to be in the best interest of the
City that parking prohibition be authorized as recommended by the Costa
Mesa Traffic Commission.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of
Costa Mesa that parking be and the same is hereby prohibited at all times
on the northerly curb of Victoria Street for a distance of 50 feet, plus
or minus, measuring in a westerly direction from the west curb of Charle
Street.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 7th day of September, 1971.

Mesa at a regular meeting held on the 7th day of September, 1971.
