A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COSTA MESA,
CALIFORNIA, PROHIBITING PARKING ON CHARLE STREET NORTH OF
VICTORIA STREET AS PROVIDED FOR IN SECTION 3410.3 (D) OF THE
MUNICIPAL CODE.
WHEREAS, the Traffic Commission of the City of Costa Mesa has
recommended to this City Council that the following changes be made on
Charle Street in the City of Costa Mesa.
(a) Parking prohibition at all times on both sides of Charle Street
from 10 feet north of Victoria Street.
(b) Parking prohibition from midnight to 6:00 a.m, on Charle Street.
(c) Parking restricted to two-hour time limit from 6:00 a.m. to
midnight on Charle Street.
WHEREAS, Section 3410.3 (d) of the Municipal Code of the City of
Costa Mesa provides for the designation of no -parking areas by resolution
of the City Council; and
WHEREAS, this Council deems it to be in the best interest of the City
that said parking restrictions be established;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Costa Mesa that parking be, and the same is hereby, prohibited and restricted,
and the aforementioned recommendation of the Planning Commission is hereby
approved.
