HomeMy WebLinkAbout72-75 - Stop Signs on Westminster Avenue at Ogle StreetRESOLUTION NO. 72-75 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COSTA MESA, CALIFORNIA, AUTHORIZING THE ERECTION OF STOP SIGNS ON WESTMINSTER AVENUE AT OGLE STREET. WHEREAS, under the provisions of Section 3407.0 of the Municipal Code of the City of Costa Mesa, the City Council is authorized to designate and establish stop signs at intersections within the City; and WHEREAS, the Traffic Commission of the City of Costa Mesa has recommended that stop signs be erected on Westminster Avenue at Ogle Street; and WHEREAS, this Council deems it to be in the best interest of the City that said stop signs be erected as recommended. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Costa Mesa that the intersection of Westminster Avenue at Ogle Street is hereby designated as a stop intersection. PASSED AND ADOPTED this 7th day of August, 1972.
