HomeMy WebLinkAbout73-64 - Abandoning Specific Plan for Patricia PlaceRESOLUTION NO. 73-64 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COSTA MESA ABANDONING THE SPECIFIC PLAN FOR PATRICIA PLACE AS ADOPTED BY RESOLUTION NO. 801. WHEREAS, the Planning Commission of the City of Costa Mesa, by its Resolution No. 73-07 adopted May 29, 1973, recommended that Specific Plan for Patricia Place be abandoned; and WHEREAS, said proposed abandonment has been duly advertised and set for public hearing all in accordance with the provisions of Section 65503 of the Government Code of the State of California; and WHEREAS, said public hearing was duly held, and no one appeared in opposition to the abandonment of said Specific Plan; and WHEREAS, this City Council deems it to be in the best interest of the City that said Specific Pian for Patricia Place be abandoned as recom- mended by the Planning Commission. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Costa Mesa that said Specific Plan for Patricia Place located easterly of Parsons Street, approximately 300 feet southerly of the centerline of Bay Street, all as shown and set forth on a map thereof, attached to Resolution No. 801, adopted by the City Council on December 19, 1960, is hereby abandoned.
