A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COSTA
MESA, CALIFORNIA, ESTABLISHING 24 -MINUTE PARKING ON
PORTIONS OF BERNARD STREET.
WHEREAS, the Traffic Commission of the City of Costa Mesa
has recommended to the City Council the establishment of 24 -minute
parking restrictions on the northerly curb of Bernard Street for the
distance from Harbor Boulevard to a point 50 feet westerly; and
WHEREAS, Section 3411.0 of the Municipal Code of the City of
Costa Mesa provides for the establishment of 24 -minute parking areas by
resolution by the City Council.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City
of Costa Mesa, as follows:
Section 1. Pursuant to the provisions of Section 3411.0 of the
Municipal Code of the City of Costa Mesa no vehicle shall stand or park
for more than 24 minutes between the hours of 7:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. on
any day except Sundays and holidays in the following described area:
On the northerly curb of Bernard Street for the distance
from Harbor Boulevard to a point 50 feet westerly.
