HomeMy WebLinkAbout73-92 - Street Name Change - Goldenrod Drive to Plumeria Place-G RESOLUTION N0, 73-92 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COSTA MESA, CALIFORNIA, CHANGING THE NAME OF GOLDENROD DRIVE, WITHIN THE CITY OF COSTA MESA BOUNDARY, TO PLUMERIA PLACE. WHEREAS, the Planning Commission of the City of Costa Mesa has recommended to the City Council that the name of Goldenrod Drive, lying within the City of Costa Mesa boundary, Tract 7557, Lots 85 through 94 and 116 through 120 be changed to Plumeria Place; and WHEREAS, the street name change hereinabove proposed is in keeping with present street naming policies; and WHEREAS, this City Council deems it to be in the best interest of the City that said street name be changed as recommended by the planning Commission; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Costa Mesa, that the name of Goldenrod Drive, lying within the City of Costa Mesa boundary, Tract 7557, Lots 85 through 94 and 116 through 120 be changed to Plumeria Place; and BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that a certified copy of this Resolution be transmitted to the Board of Supervisors of the County of Orange.
